- Shave or remove any excess hair from the area where the product will be applied.
- Ensure your skin is clean, dry, and warm before applying the product.
- Apply creams in a 2-3mm layer, while gels and sprays may require different amounts.
- Cover the area with cling film or plastic wrap, ensuring it’s airtight.
- For hard-to-wrap areas, use masking tape to secure the film.
- Leave creams on for no more than 2 hours; gels and sprays activate more quickly.
- Only apply the product to external skin areas.
