• Shave or remove any excess hair from the area where the product will be applied.
• Ensure your skin is clean, dry, and warm before applying the product.
• Apply creams in a 2-3mm layer, while gels and sprays may require different amounts.
• Cover the area with cling film or plastic wrap, ensuring it’s airtight.
• For hard-to-wrap areas, use masking tape to secure the film.
• Leave creams on for no more than 2 hours; gels and sprays activate more quickly.
• Only apply the product to external skin areas.

Our numbing cream tubes are all 10g, while the sizes of our numbing gels, sprays and foams range from 15ml to 30ml. Please note, all products are for external use only and should be stored at temperatures between 0°C and 30°C
